I went in on October 14th for an oil change. I had also requested the service team to look at my washer fluid line and tank because there is a leak somewhere. They said they had ordered the parts for it. I hadn’t heard anything back after two weeks so I called to check in. They said they would make a note to check on the parts. Another two weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so I called again and was told the parts were on “back order.” It is now THREE MONTHS LATER. And I still have yet to hear anything. I will not be returning for any services.

Amanda York in the service department is wonderful! We were having issues with our car and my husband was going out of town. They did not have any available appointments before he had to leave. Amanda went out of her way to work us in! She is always so kind and caring towards customers.

After making 2 appointments to fix broken GPS one I understood why made another appointment and was informed the part wasn't ordered after was told they would order it! Why wouldn't they made sure the part was there before making not one but 2 appointments! Hope they get this ordered and get it fixed! Pretty frustrated!
