Amanda, a service manager, is excellent. She is friendly, caring, and very competent. I would rank her as the best service manager I've had dealings with in three different dealerships over the past 28 years. The technician who took care of my truck did a good job as well. I have been impressed with Memering Motorplex and their staff.

I���ve been going here for oil changes for about 8 years. Only had one time that I was unhappy and they were quick to address my concerns. I���ll keep going there for service as long as they treat me as they always have.
Brought vehicle in for one problem to be fixed. Took 17 days for them to get it finished. In return the tech broke another part on said vehicle and I was told I was going to have to pay half. Clearly was not broken before bringing to dealership. Clearly not the fault of customer.

The service department has great personal. They explained everything thoroughly and I was satisfied with the service. I stayed in the comfortable costumer lounge and they got everything done in short time.
