I was concerned that no one working was wearing a mask. Myself and another customer were the only ones wearing them. They did have plexiglass up in some areas for protection. As I work in healthcare, I was shocked to see people working closely together without masks.

I am very disappointed that this is the third time my new vehicle has been recalled for a brake sensor problem. This is a big waste of my time due to a problem by GM. The dealership does as they are instructed by GM but I am not happy with the quality of my Chevrolet. Fix it right on the first recall. How many more times must I take it back!!!!
I appreciated the direct approach. They were clear with what the problem was, and what it would cost to fix it. The fact that I was given a loaner to take back to Washington was really a help. I also appreciated the fact that I didn't have to wait. They took steps to make certain that they didn't waste my time waiting.
