Memerings does a great job of always keeping me informed on the progress of the service work and if they find anything else that might need addressed in the course of the routine maintenance they are doing. Great service department who is always available to answer questions and explain concerns in an easy to understand manner.

I was able to schedule my car for service on short notice. It enabled me to safely travel in my vehicle to attend a family funeral. Service department was scheduled full, but were able to work my car in after they received a cancellation.

Job well done . Only complaint is that I was at facility for 90 minutes. I understand when one customer takes longer than expected it puts everyone behind schedule. Probably happens about everyday. Should build that into the schedule

Service department found the cause of my brake pedal being mushy. Drained and replaced the old brake fluid with new brake fluid and now the brakes are back to the way they were before they started acting up. Another great job from the Service department.

We have bought several vehicles from Memering and been very pleased. This time I have a couple of issues. First, our trade in was worth more then the new vehicle. We had 6,??? Equity and was told we would receive a check for the difference, but it was applied as a down payment. This would have been okay if we hadn’t been told otherwise. The second thing, which I see as a big issue is, I didn’t know I was buying last year’s model until I was looking through the paper work at home a few days later. I assumed I was buying a current model and was never told otherwise.
