No one answers phone 2. No one returns messages 3. No one offered to put the donut on or a used tire 4. No one followed up on the ordering of new tire 5. No one but you or Shane can check to see if the tire was ordered (it's 2025) 6. Shane walks into the room looks at me then waits on the new guy's oil change 7. Husband calls repeat #1 and 2 8. Husband calls back, office guy tries to help, 9 repeat steps #1 and 2 10. He (office guy) found you, got results

Everyone in the service department was very friendly and completed installation of step bars on our new 25 Colorado in a timely manner. Service tech did a great job.
